Ad-hoc General Support
General ad-hoc support is available at an hourly rate. Alternatively pre-purchased “NetaBlock” blocks of support hours are available as outlined below.
NetaBlocks – Prepaid Support
NetaBlocks are blocks of pre-paid support hours available for purchase. Each month Netaware will provide a detailed statement showing the amount of prepaid time that has been utilised during the month, the amount of time remaining and details of jobs completed that make up used time. NetaBlocks provide full access to the Netaware on-line job-tracking database at no additional charge. There is no expiry period on NetaBlocks and our clients are not required to use a minimum number of hours per month.
